Manoj Thelakkat

Manoj is a recruitment professional and trainer. He runs Flex-I partners, an HR firm with operations
in India, UAE, Qatar and Oman. He focuses on leadership hiring in these geographies, for clients
ranging from start-ups to fortune 500 MNCs. Manoj is also a passionate trainer, and is the founder of
Reflex Training Partners, an experiential learning firm that uses theatre and outbound to conduct
impactful learning sessions for corporate and educational institutions. He runs a hugely popular
public speaking workshop for children and adults.
